There's nothing I enjoy more or take more seriously than helping people find a home that they really like and that will be an excellent investment for them. And the best news is that my services are generally FREE to buyers!

MY SERVICE COMMITMENT TO BUYERS

When representing you as a Buyer, I promise to:

• Listen and learn about your real estate wants, needs and desires in order to help you find the ideal property

• Recommend a competent loan officer who will explain your financing options and pre-approve your loan

• Search all listings on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) at least twice daily, and call or email you to relay listings that meet your criteria

• Discuss the entire buying process so that there are no surprises

• Respect you and your decisions by only showing you properties that meet your criteria (i.e. price range, location, size, amenities, etc.)

• Seek and disclose any facts that may affect your use and enjoyment of the property

• Write the Purchase Agreement, and explain all of the forms needed to purchase a home

• Personally present and negotiate the Purchase Agreement on your behalf, keeping you informed throughout the process

• Recommend a competent, highly-experienced inspector to inspect the property and help you to learn more about its condition

• Discuss the pros and cons of a Home Warranty Program for the specific property you choose to buy

• Explain title insurance, and recommend a title company and closer to work on your behalf

• Schedule and accompany you on a final walk-through just before closing to ensure that the property's condition is the same or better than it was when we last saw it

• Attend the closing with you to review the closing documents and ensure a hassle-free closing

SURFING THE NET FOR YOUR HOME

If you have access to a computer, and you enjoy using the internet, you may use this site to create your own personal search of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) just as I will! Simply go to the SEARCH PROPERTIES tab, and enter the criteria that are important to you (i.e. geographic area, price range, number of bedrooms, etc.) Then go to SAVE YOUR SEARCH and follow the directions there. We can partner by comparing our search results! If you do not have computer access or if you prefer not to search on your own, I'll search for homes matching your criteria and send the listings to you by email! Together, I'm sure that we can find your dream home!
